Ms. Bishop brings 30+ years of experience in multifamily property management, specializing in Class A communities, lease-ups, renovations, and acquisitions/dispositions. As Vice President of Operations at Optim Real Estate Services, she manages a 1,100-unit portfolio across Southern California, overseeing operations, budgeting, revenue growth, occupancy, and resident relations.

Previously, Ms. Bishop held senior roles at Clarion Management and Bridge Property Management, managing large portfolios and leading acquisitions, financial oversight, and team development. She also served as an Asset Manager at MEB Management Services, where she played a key role in strategy for a build-to-rent portfolio.

Her community involvement includes co-chairing the Big Hearts for Little Hands initiative with the Arizona Apartment Association. With a strong background in property management and acquisitions, Ms. Bishop is a valuable leader at Optim Real Estate Services.
